ABOUT US


Susie Keane began her love for working with chocolate when she discovered a French chocolatier working in Ireland, Benoit Lorge. Benoit has a shop in Kenmare, Co. Kerry making chocolate with many locally sourced ingredients and Susie learned her skills here. Susie discovered the art of tempering, making ganache and mixing flavours to produce delicious, handmade bars, fun shapes and filled chocolates.  She has concentrated on selling at markets in London and Sussex and now online! There will be new products added regularly, concentrating on the current seasons.  We have a range of chocolate options which will be available throughout the year.  This includes a variety of bars and shapes, including hearts which make a perfect gift to anyone you love.

The cocoa we use is from 100% sustainable farming, empowering local workers and communities. The blended couvertures include beans from three different regions making a smooth and exciting flavour.  We also use single origin cocoa with Madagascar 67% cocoa being a staple as it enhances many ingredients, the taste being dark with notes of raspberries and bilberries - so delicious!
